The resorts of Aramón continue growing in number of kilometres thanks to the snowfall of Sunday, some figures that celebrate with sports competitions and of leisure in different slopes of the Pyrenees. With 173 kilometres in Formigal-Panticosa , more than 60 in Cerler and 24 in the area of Teruel , the winter resorts face what could be the best weekend of the season.
Activities and competitions
Solomon Quest reaches the slopes of the Tena Valley. The multidisciplinary test in which to participate in family or with friends, a fun competition, is celebrated this Saturday. The participants will have to overcome five challenges: a giant slalom, a freeride , a boardercross , a banked slalom and a thrown kilometre. For this, they will have three hours and a map that will help them to win victory. At stake there are skis, helmets, backpacks ... and many more surprises. There will also be competition in Panticosa. And this weekend is celebrated on Saturday and Sunday the Panticosa Trophy for the categories U! 4 and U16, whose participants will run a slalom every day on the Stadium slope. Participants in these tests, as well as their companions, will find a resort that presents its best face these days. With a variable weather and some snowfall, the forecast of opening reaches 173 kilometres, thicknesses of more than two meters in high levels and the best quality of snow that can be found, powder snow.
Also with powder snow and the forecast to open 60 kilometres will receive Cerler the weekend. The valley resort of Benasque, which among the novelties of this weekend includes the opening of the snowpark in Rincón del Cielo, also adds to the competitions. On Saturday and Sunday, the Alpine Ski Alevín Trophy of the Aneto is celebrated.
